Press Release: Local IT company support Young Enterprise programme

Young Enterprise is the United Kingdom’s largest business and enterprise education charity. Every year they help 225,000 young people learn about business and the world of work in 5,000 schools, colleges and universities under the guidance of volunteers from 3,500 companies.

This year Young Enterprise are celebrating their 50th Anniversary and Paralogic Service Solutions sponsored the Buckinghamshire “Best Use of IT” award for the Young Enterprise programme.

The winning company was Prints Charming from Aylesbury High School.  They supply a variety of print products depending on occasions such as cards and roses for Valentine’s Day, Easter eggs, Christmas cards and Mothering Sunday cards.

The IT director of Prints Charming recommended which social media platforms the company should use in order to promote their products. The judges felt that this company had utilised IT to best effect in a variety of ways.

As a local employer, based in Haddenham, Paralogic Service Solutions offer scanner support and services to local businesses and large corporate clients and are always keen to support initiatives in the neighbouring communities.

Steve Thompson, Director of Paralogic says “Paralogic are proud to sponsor the “Best Use of IT” award and support the Young Enterprise programme. The skills that the programme teaches very much reflect Paralogic’s values and what we see as the key to success in the world of work”
