Steve ElliottManaging Director

Steve has seen rapid changes in technology over 30 years in the IT industry and has employed increasingly sophisticated techniques to deliver services and support. “As Co-Founder and Managing Director, I maintain that three key factors ensure excellence in our customer service – knowledgeable and co-operative people, commitment to customer relationships and a keen sense of humor!”

Steve ThompsonOperations Director

Steve has been employed for over 35 years in the Service Industry with over 25 years in IT support.

One of the original founders and directors of Paragon Technical Services Ltd formed in August 1990 also original founder and director of Paralogic Ltd and Paralogic Networks Ltd formed in 2002.

Responsibilities include Purchasing. Logistics, Repair Centre, account management of manufacturers and support pricing. Field Service Operations of Paralogic Ltd has been added since April 2013.

An inspirational person with a supportive management style that motivates both groups and individuals in achieving targets and their job responsibilities.

David NarburghCommercial Director

David has worked in the ICT Solutions Industry for over 25 Years. In those years David has held commercial sales and management positions within Reseller, SI and Distribution organisations providing IT Solutions across a wide range of Technologies and into both End Users and Channel clients.

Naturally, being in the commercial sales arena, I take great satisfaction from designing ‘measurable’ solutions, establishing sustainable and valued partnerships. A great deal of personal brand satisfaction comes from the process of being consultative in the translation of requirements to outcomes, defining true value to our clients objectives. Building the right solution with diligence and an inquisitive mind cements the ability to promote sustainable, valued and long term relationships for good of all parties.

Vince ChiappinelliTechnical Support Specialist

Vince began his career in the IT maintenance business over 15 years ago. During this time he has gained invaluable experience across a wide range of products and IT Solutions. With this expertise and knowledge he also provides technical support to customers and is responsible for the IT infrastructure for our in house staff.

A much liked member of the team he is able to embrace new challenges and consults in the design and deployment of Digital Signage, AV/UC installations and IMAC Print deployment projects working alongside the commercial teams.

Roy ChalkBids & Contracts Manager

Roy has been working in the ICT Industry for most of his career starting in Production printing within the NHS. He then had a long tenure with a leading Digital Print & Imaging OEM where he performed a number of key global stock management and commercial account roles for clients across EMEA.

Roy then developed his role further and become Head of Section focused on Client Management and Development for Document Imaging, Graphics and Medical Markets.

Roy joined Paralogic in 2007 working in the Commercial Account Team and then was promoted to the Role of Bids and Contracts Manager given his wealth of experience and technical solutions knowledge of the Document Imaging and TPM market place.

Above all Roy and his team share the common goal ensuring that our clients receive a responsive, and commercially attractive solution to any TPM and Project Requirements received.
With such high standards of Customer Services, he and his team take great pride in building lasting and strategic partnerships.

Louise CrushCalldesk Manager

Louise has worked with the Directors of Paralogic for over 20 years. The whole of her working career has involved working in customer services which certainly shines through with her extensive knowledge and unapparelled commitment.

She has always placed high value in leading by example and firmly believes that the customer must always be given the best service possible and this certainly is a mantra that her team strive to ensure happens.

My call desk team ensure the customer is kept informed at all times as we strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible providing the most value in our role as technical services, IMAC and support provider.

I am incredibly proud to be part of a happy, friendly, personable, forward thinking and professional team that is Paralogic Services.

Nigel EvansNational Service Manager

Nigel joined Paralogic in 2002 in its founding year. Having worked in the IT service industry for the last 30 years, he cultivates a knowledgeable, can do attitude with his service teams and provides key focus in achieving high levels of customer service.

Being Proud of what we achieve’ is our driver for providing our customers with the best possible customer experience. Our Service ethic is based on traditional service values backed up by using the latest technology.

Lisa ButterfieldCalldesk Administrator

Lisa has spent her whole career to date in Customer Services, whether over the phone or face to face. She joined the Calldesk Team in 2019. Her calm approach consistently delivers high standards of Customer Service within all communication, be that internal or outbound client updates. With an unapparelled, sunny, positive ‘can do’ attitude she enjoys building strong relationships with clients seeking to deliver the best possible client experience.

As part of a strong team, I’m proud to work in such a customer focused, professional company, we always aim to exceed our customer’s expectations.

Lesley TindallCalldesk Administrator

Lesley joined the Calldesk team in 2022 and quickly established herself with a calm and effective style of working.  Nothing is ever too much trouble, couple that with her rich sense of humour makes for a very positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.

Having been in a customer service role for all of her working life, Lesley consistently strives to exceed customers’ expectations and maintain a positive client relationship.

I am totally focused on supporting our customers needs with a professional and friendly disposition, whilst maintaining effective communication and forging a strong sustainable working relationship.

Ellie MooreSales & Finance Liaison Officer

Ellie comes from a background of sales administration having held positions within the Aviation and FMCG Sectors. Supporting our Sales and Accounts teams, Ellie’s ability to learn our processes quickly and her keen eye for detail are becoming a valuable part of the Paralogic family, helping us to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our growing customer base.

With her hybrid role across both Sales and Accounts, Ellie is in a unique position to encourage positive contact with our suppliers and customers, aiding both teams in supplying our customers with the high level of service they are accustomed to.

Bob CrayfordLogistics / IMAC

Following his School Years Bob joined the Royal Mail as an apprentice Post Man and soon progressed through the organisation moving into Quality Control and Diagnostics. After 23 years, it was time for a change and he joining Paralogic in 2007. Bob possesses a logical, sincere, informed and calm demeanour in the Roles. Having spent a number of years within Logistics, he now performs a hybrid role encompassing Equipment Logistics, Hardware Deployment and Digital Signage Installation Projects as On-site Team Leader.

James ElliottClient Manager

James cut his sales teeth in the automotive industry, initially with the PSA group he quickly progressed into the prestigious world of Jaguar Land Rover. Having spent most of his working life in commercial customer service he understands the dedication and attention to detail required to fully fulfil a customer’s demands and needs.   As part of Paralogic’s continued growth & portfolio development coupled with our commitment to our clients in delivering the best possible levels of Customer Service and Commercial Support, we are pleased to welcome James Elliott to the sales team as Client Manager.
